To mark the 501st anniversary of Luther’s wed­ding, we are trans­form­ing Luth­er­stadt Wit­ten­berg back to the time of the Reform­a­tion. At the ori­gin­al loc­a­tions, 30 his­tor­ic­al clubs and groups, over 150 mar­ket stands, tra­di­tion­al crafts, music, and fairy tales await you — along with cap­tiv­at­ing, thrill­ing exper­i­ences and a pro­gram that is second to none. To help you eas­ily immerse your­self in this world and not miss a thing, we’ve divided the his­tor­ic­al exper­i­ence zones into four themed areas: Trade, Crafts, Enter­tain­ment, and Fam­ily Zone.

As you stroll from one World of exper­i­ence to the next, you’ll dis­cov­er the his­tor­ic streets, alleys, and pic­tur­esque court­yards of the Old Town in a whole new way. Look for­ward to a unique fest­iv­al full of excit­ing insights, cap­tiv­at­ing per­form­ances, and liv­ing his­tory — from Fri­day to Sunday, come mar­vel, enjoy, and join in!
